## Privacy Model
Filagram's core value proposition is privacy. All file processing happens client-side:
1. User drops a file into the browser
2. JavaScript/WebAssembly processes it locally
3. Result is available for download
4. No file data is ever transmitted to a server

The only server communication is for:
- Authentication (email OTP, OAuth)
- Subscription management (Stripe)
- Analytics (Vercel Analytics, anonymized)
