1. Service Description
Filagram provides browser-based file processing tools including image compression, format conversion, image resizing, and PDF merging. All processing occurs client-side in your web browser. We do not receive, store, or process your files on our servers.
2. Free and Paid Tiers
Free users may perform up to 3 operations per day with a maximum file size of 25MB. Paid users (via one-time purchase or subscription) receive additional or unlimited operations and increased file size limits as described on the pricing page. Pricing and limits may change with reasonable notice. Usage tracking is stored in your browser's localStorage (the filagram_usage key). Clearing your browser data — including localStorage — will reset your daily free usage count. We are not responsible for any usage that occurs after a manual reset of browser storage.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. One-time purchases are non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents use of a purchased bundle, contact us for a resolution.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use Filagram for lawful purposes only. You may not use automated tools to abuse the free tier, reverse engineer the payment verification system, or attempt to circumvent usage limits through technical means.
5. Limitation of Liability
Filagram is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for data loss, file corruption, or any damages arising from the use of our tools. Since all processing happens in your browser, results may vary based on your device capabilities and browser version.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
