Can I rotate specific pages instead of all pages?

Yes. After loading your PDF you can switch to per-page mode. Each page gets its own rotation buttons so you can set different angles for different pages.

What is the difference between 90 and 270 degrees?

90 degrees rotates clockwise. 270 degrees rotates counterclockwise (or 90 degrees the other way). 180 degrees flips the page upside down.

Does rotation affect image or text quality?

No. Rotation is a metadata change in the PDF structure. The actual content is not re-rendered, so there is no quality loss.

Can I rotate a password-protected PDF?

No. Encrypted PDFs cannot be read by the browser. Remove the password protection first using the original application, then rotate here.

Can I rotate multiple pages to different angles in one go?
